Garage Band Program

Students can choose from a 10 week Jam Kidz or Jam Teenz Class or a  a comprehensive 12 week program - Garage Band -  which teaches the student musician the fundamentals of forming a band, band dynamics, and working with other musicians. 

Each student must attend a band placement meeting to be placed in a band with other students of similar skill levels.  This will enable the student to be most successful in both their instrument and their role in the band.  During the course of 12 weeks, each student will practice with their band and an OnStage Instructor at a weekly 2 hour band rehearsal.  Each band will create a band name, logo, set lists, and more in order to receive the "real band experience."  At the end of each session, each band will perform at the OnStage Performance Venue.  Performances at community festivals and other local venues will also be available to select bands based on the criteria set by the OnStage School of Rock, Rhythm & Blues.
